This data set is the USGS 3-arcsecond DEM data for the 1-degree square
between north latitudes 37 and 38 and west longitudes 108 and 109.

Data values represent spot heights on a 3-arcsecond by 3-arsecond
rectangular grid.

Elevations are in meters, in 16-bit integer format.

Each grid cell is roughly 73m east-west by 92m north-south.
